How to upload data to campaign execution whitelist

Hi - I'm using 1708 Cloud and would like to see what kind of data can I upload to the campaign execution whitelist application. If I click the plus icon I only see the attached messages. Anyone knows how can I mass upload data here?

Hi,

prior to 1708, ME_WHITELIST was used to maintain the entry which has been ruled out in 1708. Hence in case you system has any entries which is still there in ME_WHITELIST table then these would be imported in the new whitelisting table via "Upload" option.
