Getting incorrect payload request error

Hello All,

could you please guide me on the error above. I have verified that I am able to post the data from Postman to my SuccessFactors instance. However, via the HCI I am unable to post the data from ERP.

Hello Suraiya,

Please do check whether all the mandatory fields are part of the payload or not .

Compare the final XML message you are sending to SF and Custom MDF objects field ( Better way is to ask SF counterpart to enter single or couple of set of data manually and later try to query the same so that you can validate any mismatch ).

Also do check with SF counterpart if any fields which are marked as not visible but you are sending the data to that particular field.

Thank you for the response. I did refresh the OData metadata in SuccessFactors and reset all the mappings. But I still continue to receive the error.

I do see the data is being passed from ERP to SF, however, I am unable to figure out the cause of the incorrect payload request.

Am I missing out anything here? Please advise.

Hi Suraiya,

The problem seems to be in SuccessFactors.After enabling the new field, OData metadata need to be refreshed in success factors. once refreshed try to redeploy the integration.
