Regarding Return order

Hi All,

Suppose i create a sales order for a line item car.i will come to know from customer that tyres are damaged then i want to create a return order for tyres.How can i do in sap because i created a order for Car which is a finished product.

Can anybody provide any solution for this issue.

Hi,

If you create sales order with one material CAR as finished product and do delivery and billing. You can't to create a return order only for the tyre, because you donot have a material called tyre. Hope you are clear. Try out BOM.
