Hybris Marketing - changing the type of an interaction

Hi experts,

I have noticed in some SAP documentation that SAP suggests that C4C has the ability to change the type of an existing transaction in SAP Hybris Marketing. The example that they use is that prior to a Phone Call happening in C4C, the interaction type is "Phone Call Planned" then once the phone call occurs the interaction type is changed to "Phone Call Executed". Is this standard or even is this possible? I can definitely see the benefit as you would want to segment on this.

Its at the bottom of the page above Campaign Success

Hi Mike,

not sure I completely get your question. The system would not change interaction types but update statuses or create additional interactions.

"The status of the call activity means that in SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud, either the existing interaction Outgoing Call is updated or deleted or a new interaction, such as Outgoing Telephone Call Failed is created."

Hi Matthias,

I think you have understood what I am after. So my confusion was that I believed that C4C created interactions of type "Telephone call planned" but in reality it isn't as per your post.

Thanks for clearing up.
