Spliting records

Hi experts

I have lakhs of records in database, I need fetch this records and split the records upto 10,000 and need to download into different excel sheet.

pls provide me the logic for this

    Hi,

    Check this sample code

        select matnr from mara into table xmara
      package size 5000 up to p_count rows
        where matnr in s_matnr.
      perform process_package. " Here download those records to excel file.
    endselect.
