Hi ,
My user by mistake changed resigned in 2005 employe data(infotype2002) attendence ,so employee number is getting picked for this month payroll evnthough we have deleted .
so I wanted to exclude resigned employes( example : resigned in 2005 ) from my payroll area . Can i do that putting them into Dummy Payroll area ?
or
Please advise me any other way to exclude them from payroll area ?

Hi,
Either lock the employee in the infotype 0003 or create a new payroll area and transfer them to that payroll area.

You can lock the personnel number on IT0003 so that he/she is not picked up in the payroll run.
