FI/CO interface: Balance in transaction currency

Dear all,

We are trying to post a amount 25755.75 in MIRO, when we do this evrything is happening properly. But my customer wants to round off the value and need to post 25756. For this just we are giving the difference 0.25 in unplanned delivery cost under Details Tab. now amt is balancing, but still error message is giving in log:-

FI/CO interface: Balance in transaction currency

Message no. RW 022

Diagnosis

The balances in transaction currency must be zero for each logical

transaction when transferring to the FI/CO interface. A balance of

"0.25-" "INR" was determined for the logical transaction "MAIN".

System Response

The FI/CO interface does not process any transactions which have a

balance in transaction currency other than zero.

Procedure

This is a system error of the calling application.

Can u plz suggest on this.

Regards

Manu

    Manu,

You'll have this message until the posting document isn't equilibrated ( total = 0 ).

You can't round the amount like this.

    Hope this helps,

    Erwan

      Hi

My Customer already issued a check with 25756/- to the vendor.

Now the same we have to adjust in MIRO, by rounding off the value.

Please suggest me any alternative to rectify the problem.

      Thanks in advance

      Manu.
