We are planning HCM Talent management system implementation as a seperate instance/server.
We also done technical upgrade from 4.6c to mySAP ERP 2005 (ECC 6.0).
My major doubt is
What is the difference between the following modules by comparing ECC 6.0 and ERP HCM
1. Career Management (Personnel Development)
2. Succession Management
3. Compensation Management
4. Learning (LSO)
5. E-Recruiting
I knew that these modules already exists in ECC 6.0 and it needs integration of Core HR with all of these modules.
Please tell me, whether this modules exists in HCM and what extra functionalities it holds when compared to the same modules in ECC 6.0 ?
