could u plz support team daily activity and monthend activity.his work is only handling the ticket.

Hi Nageswar,
Handling day to day issues
example:- we will be having a web portal for logging tickets by client.
we need to take responsibility based on the module example:- if it is MM, FI ,SD or PP etc. if it is FI then initially i will assign that ticket to me, then i will write mail to the concern end user regarding the problem if i dont understand then i will call and get clarified.
After solving i will take written mail from client and close the ticket.
