Problem with CATS_DA report display

Hi Experts, We are facing problems with the display of CATS_DA report. The system is not showing certain details such as Project Code during display of the ALV grid report. Any suggestions on what could be the probable reason behind this inconsistency.The same information is not being updated at the database level as well. Br, Varun

Hello Tammy & Experts,

The problem we see is with the CAT2 transaction. Do you foresee any problems where the custom fields developed within the initial screen do not get filled up whenever time sheet entries are made? The following exits are active in the system currently

EXIT_SAPLCATS_001; EXIT_SAPLCATS_002; EXIT_SAPLCATS_003; EXIT_SAPLCATS_004; EXIT_SAPLCATS_005; EXIT_SAPLCATS_006;EXIT_SAPLCATS_007; EXIT_SAPLCATS_008; EXIT_SAPLCATS_009; EXIT_SAPLCATS_010; EXIT_SAPLCATS_011;EXIT_SAPLCATS_012

Were you able to encounter any such problems when the custom fields(CATSDB-XXPRONR) do not get filled whenever such exits are active in the system while executing the CAT2 transaction. Kindly advise.

Hello Tammy, The problem is with the Project Defn. Code in the layout of the CATS_DA report. I believe you can find the Project Definition Code which can be selected while choosing the layout in CATS_DA report. This field is not getting filled up while we are trying to view the report(in the layout being selected)... Br, Varun

By project code, do you mean WBS? We are not seeing issues in using CATS_DA in our system.

Is everything settled to the project? Perhaps that is why you do not see it yet. Please check with your accounting team.
