Hi there,
We are trying to get the scenario "Service Order Management with External Resource Procurement" working.
Based on the documentation, we created a service master in ECC. THis service master is replicated into CRM using an initial load.
Also, in customizing we changed the settings that certain set types (in this case CRMM_PR_SALESA and CRMM_PR_SALESG) can be edited in CRM (in table CRMD_PRD_CHANGE).
However, in CRM we are not able to create sales related data for this service.
The question is now: do I have to create some sales related data in ECC for a service master to be able to have a sales area available in CRM (and if so, how do I create the sales related data for a service master in ECC), or is the a setting in CRM that enables me to assing a sales are with sales related data to a product.
For your information: if I create a service product in CRM, I do am able to assign a sales area to it!
Any help would be great (and awarded).
Regards,
Jacques
Hi,
I presume that the service master that you created was using the tcode AC01 in ECC. IF that is the case, it refers to the services that you procure from your vendor and incase you want to sell them as well you will have to create them in MM01 and then replicate to CRM to get the sales area data
Hope this helps
