Sender RFC Error - SAP PI single stack

Hi Experts,

We are now in SAP PO 7.4

We are having Sender RFC scenario and we have done below steps so far.

1. FM been created and maintained as Remote funciton module and DESTINATION been referred here which created in ECC.

2. ECC system :

RFC - Type TCP/IP ., Program ID been maintained.

Gateway Host -- ECC Gateway host
Service -- ECC Gateway

3. SAPPO NWA level

Same Program Id been created.

Referred ECC Gateway and Host and RFC Destination pointed to ECC.

4. Connection test in ECC RFC destination (Succeeded)

5. While trying to send data from RFC (triggered via program) throws system failure.

I have referred blogs already and unable to sort out the exact solution.

Kindly share your inputs ASAP.
