How to create outlook express , if i m sending a mail to the person through send mail step type in workflow.

    What do you mean by this? Can you explain?

    SendMail step basically sends a notification to the user's inbox or an email.

      OK. If you want the emails to be forwarded to their Outlook or any other email client, you need to maintain their forwarding address via transaction SO36 or another way is to maintain email address in SU01 for the users, and then go to SO16-->Mail Sy. grp tab and then tick <i>Send to user's home addresses</i>.

    to get mail in the workitem. ask you basis to configure in SCOT

    transacation code SOST also helps.
