Stock posting error

Hi,

While posting stock by MB1C ,error occurs as Account determination for entry <b>INT GBB 0001BSA 7920</b> is not possible.

and I am not able to find BSA in OBYC.

In OBYC click on GBB and enter Chart of accounts.

Go to valuation code 7920 and assign G/L account to it.

just go to OMWD and copy standard plant data in to ur plant.(select and copy and change name and save) u will not get the same error again

Hi,

First check OBYC transcation.

Once you execute this transaction there is once column called transaction,in this list you see GBB(Offsetting entry for inventory posting),just double click ion that and see proper settings are there as per your error.As you said if BSA is not there then maintain it.

Check OMWB transaction make sure all settings are proper in this.Jusct have look Valution grouping code(0001) is assigned to your chart of accounts,company code and plant.

Please check if accounting view for the material you are transferring/creating is maintained in material master. if yes the check what is the value of valuation class there and if no then you have to maintain accounting view for this material and enter appropriate valuation class there.

after entering the valuation class try again and check in <b>Tcode OBYC</b> is proper G/L account is assgined against that valuation class in Tra key GBB.
