    Hi,

Master data upload in support will be handled by key users only.

Normally they upload the data through batch using BDC or LSMW.

The process is ,they send flat file to sap and scheduled job for creating and changing master data. This data includes Customer,Material and condition master data aswell.

Due to huge data creation and change they generally prefer Bacth jobs. Here they upload and monitor the jobs.

    Hope above will help you.

    Regads,

    Chandra

    Dear sabina

In order to have some control on master datas, the authorization to change or update master datas will be with either Functional Consultant or Core Team. Other than Customer Master and Material Master, Master Datas includes Pricing Condition, Customer Material Record, Tax Conditions etc.

Since these are all very sensitive, clients wont give such authorisations to their end users.

    Thanks
