BO BI 4.1 SP08 Variable Editor not allowing * (

Hi,

since upgrade to SP08, I'm not able to create a little bit more complicated formulas.

Every formula which have "* ( " or "/ (" can not be created anymore. Syntax check says that formula is ok, but when press ok to create new measurement/dimension I'm getting following error: Missing or bad operand in '*' expression at position <number> (IES 10070)

Example of the measurement:

= 100 * ( <some_counter> + <some_other_counter> )

Hi Josip,

Try to create a formula using web rich client instead of Launchpad and checked whether you are facing same issue or not.

If not then the problem is with version of patch.
