Unable to view URLs in WEB AS

Hi All,

While accessing web reports, we got short dumps. So, we intalled BW patch 19. After installing the patch, once we login into Web browser using BW User ID and Password, We are not getting any urls of reports(Not visible). We are only getting floder icons. Even when we click on folder icons, we are not getting any urls. If I use transaction RRMX and from BEx designer if I lauch the report, i am able to view the selection screen of report and also execute it.

Can any one help me in this regard,.
