Project Systems - Cutover

We use Project Systems on SAP ERP 4.6C (250+ projects running). Presently we are inplementing ECC 6.0 with lot of changes in Organisation structure and consolidation of 3 SAP instances. Kindly guide on the cut over strategy for

Project Systems with special focus on migrating projects for SAP ERP

4.6C to SAP ECC 6.0 along with the SAP Best Practices for cutover of

SAP-PS.

    Hai Santosh

    Migrating the Projects from 4.6C to ECC 6.0 can be done in two methods -

    LSMW , BDC.

    For PS - BDC is the best one to migrate / upload the projects.

    BDC has to be developed / written by ABAPer. Consult the ABAPer with the help of him u can upload the projects.
