Error in Webgui

hi ,

I have activated SAP GUI and when enter the username/pasword in the link , i am taken to a page and getting the following error Pls hlep

The following error text was processed in the system DBW : WebDynpro Exception: Application Does Not Exist

The error occurred on the application server bwdev_DBW_00 and in the work process 0 .

    Please have a look at SAP note 698329 (Integrated ITS, WEBGUI/IAC logon fails).

    You must make sure that all necessary services are activated and published.

    Balaji,

    Make sure default_host / sap/public/myssocntl is active in SICF.

    Also Refer SAP Note No. 517484
