Report Painter

Hi,

We have used Report painter to develop our P/L and B/S. now there is a requirement to include two additional GL accounts it. i have asked to do that, i have not used report painter before. can someone tell me how to include new GL accounts to B/S in report painter.

Hi,

If u use financial statement version for balnce sheet and profit and loss account in report painter report, first u cheek this 2 new gl accounts relating to which group you have to add in FSV, then you go to FSI6 select your report from financial statement key figure group and double click on required item and check that. if u want change that go to change mode and modify where ever required.

Slect ur program using GRR2..

It will show P&L format like XXXXX XXXXX

left side u can find all Gls

one box will come: Element definition, characterstic value

in that box u can find account number field in this all gls already assing this u can find in ur system,

just double click right of that box more...

it will show one row for you can assing GL account

Hi gayani ,

Open the report painter via 'GRR2' . and select your program.

double click the element definition (which is in left hand side) .

Add your 2 G/L acconts there.
