Hello, we have a need to do something that seems relatively simple.
We want to specify a maximum lot size (which is known), and have the system only plan one order per day with that maximum. If the demand cannot be met with the Max Lot Size, it should use Takt Time to back up to a previous day to build the remainder (again based on Max Lot Size).
We tried the Fixed Lot Size type in SAP, and it works the majority of the time, but it does not work consistently when the demand outpaces the supply.
Is there any setting or method without using MF50 that will accomodate this request?
