Help about a report

Hi all,

In a cube i have 2 important characteristics :

-Employee

-Languages

For example one employee could have a lot of languages associated, so a key user request me the following report:

" I need a report in which i can select a Language and then i want to see all the employee that DONT HAVE that language associated"

Example:

Employee: Mark

Languages: Spanish - English

Employee: Peter

Languages: English

Employee: John

Languages: English

When i executed the report i want a pop up in order to select a Language, in this example if i select "Spanish", then the report shows PETER and JOHN because those Employee DONT HAVE Spanish Language.

ANy idea to do that in a report?
