InfoObject transport error

Hello,

I have an ODS (with data) which has a display attribute InfoObject. I deactivated the "Attribute Only" property of the infoobject in BWD. When I tried to transport this infoobject into BWT, I received an error as below. Any ideas as to what is happening? Thanks in advance for your help.

The exception occurred (program: CL_RSDRO_GET_SIDS_FOR_ODSO====CP, include CL_RSDRO_GET_SIDS_FOR_ODSO====CM004, line: 51)

Task 0001 for parallel SID assignment terminated with errors

Did you activate the IO and ODS sucessfully after changes in BWD?

I was able to activate IO successfully. I didn't make ODS changes, so I didn't need to activate it.
