Disable Information Logging

Folks,

I need to restrict the error logging to errors only , now the AS is logging each and every info. we are on 2004s SP 13

Hello Manish,

As addition to Mothukuru post, you could use the option of the Configuration Adapter “Installation defaults”. Most default logging levels are Error and this procedure should eliminate the Info messages in the logs. In case this doesn’t help, you will have to find the specific location that generates the Info messages and change its severity.

go to visual administrator . Server > Services > log configurator

you can see the required option there.

Which log do you need to restrict? Is this the system log, the audit log, or the OS log?
