Not able to edit/create a query using Fiori App "Custom Analytical Queries"

While trying to edit or create a query using the Fiori App "Custom Analytical Queries", it shows You do not have Authorizations to edit this query.

Can you please on this? I have SAP_ALL and all required standard authorizations to run this app.

To solve, I did two things on my S/4HANA 1709 (7.52 SP0):

1. I have implemented the note 2543662 - Fixes for create, edit and delete operations in on-premise.
2. Reset HTTP cache (SMICM > Goto > HTTP plug-in > Server cache > Invalidate globally)

(maybe a SAP restart could also invalidate the cache if the cache is in memory)

I already implement note 2513176 - Unable to edit a Custom Analytical Query and also 2543662 - Fixes for create, edit and delete operations in on-premise.

But still get same issue "you do not have authorization to edit this query".

Have you solve these issue? Im facing the same issue. Already follow notes 2580438 and 2698237 but still got error.
