MM MMPV initialization

We just added a plant in Mexico which has a different calendar, Jan to Dec and opposed to our standard fiscal year of Oct to Sept. We need to initialize periods in the past for Mexico. In R/3 3.1 on tcode MMPV there was an initialization option. In 4.7 this option is not available. Anybody know how we can do this please??

Bascially we will be running two different fiscal calendars for producing plants.
