Some time Idoc generation is missed

Hi All,

We are using SAP 4.7c. In one of the process, we are creating the idoc for outbond process after creation and releasing of maintenance order. It was working fine since last year.

Now we are observing that some time during the business hour, idoc is not getting created for couple of orders. The instance for such case are less but its very critical to our business as the order details not flowing to other system to work upon.

Can anyone suggest , where to hit to find out the problem. As we are struggling to find out.

Thanks in advance,

Sanjay

    Hi,

Compare the data of the 'creation and releasing of maintenance order' first.

There will be routine in which you will be attaching the output type - Check your functional team for the same.

Check the validations whether both the orders( correct one and wrong one) are valid to trigger the output.

    Warm Regards,

    Baburaj

Thanks for your quick response Babu.

I have checked both the orders. The wrong order also has been released properly. As per current setting after release, the event is getting triggered to create the idoc with order details.

Any other dimension will be appreciated !

      Regds,

      Sanjay
