Automation of Workbook

Hi BE Experts,

I have some typical requirement.

I have some workbook with different Queries in it. There is some wrap up in one sheet with formated data obtained from the results of the other queires.

Say Workbook 'A' , It has 5 pages. The first 4 pages have queries data , say Sales, Delivery, Billing and Purchaing information and the last page have the formatted data to show all these results(having formulaes). I want to automate this workbook to refresh daily and I want to place this using Save As, in a folder with todays date.

Is there any methodology to do it in BW ?

This is of high importance and I would appreciate your comments and experiences in similar requirements.
