Drill down report - product cost by order - Urgent !!!

Hi Gurus,

Client needs the Plan/Acutal variance report in CO-PC, for all the orders in a plant.

I am tring to run the summarized analysis with classic drill down report for product cost by order. But I am getting error message saying "No suitable summarization level exists. Hope I have to use the cumulative report.

I did the data collection drill down in KKRV as well before I run the report.

Can some one help me with this?
