Update clients in Tax Utilities....???

Hi guys,

What is the importance of this step..

In SAP Easy Access...HR >> PAYROLL >> AMERICAS >> USA >> SUBSEQUENT ACTIVITIES >> PERIOD INDEPENDENT >> TAX UTILITIES >> UPDATE CLIENTS

When do we use this step...UPDATE CLIENTS..??

Please help.

    It's a client transport program for BTX* tables.

    You can copy:

    1. Experience Tax Rates: This program will copy BTXRATE entry from current client to a different client.

    2. Tax Companies

    3. Employee group

    etc and many more.

      Hi Arun,

      Does that mean..... when ever we configure in DEV client, we need to do this step (just because there will be no customizing request and so we have to do manually..??) so that our configuration will be copied to TEST client or to PROD client..??
