RRB Procedure

Hi Friends,

When I try to create an RRB request, I get the error ' no item found' and while creating a service order, the pricing could not be determined. Could anyone please forward RRB notes to my mail <b><REMOVED BY MODERATOR></b>?

    Hi,

    Check the DIP profile, and the assignment. The cost indicator in the DIP profile should be set correctly. Unfortunately, I donot have any documentation. I suggest you please search this forum, you will find the documentation for RRB.
