    Hi Mike

You can create an inforecord for a new material/vendor combination at the time of creation of PO by selection of info update indicator. In this case, the PO number is updated in the info record and for next PO the price is proposed. Please note that the conditions will not get updated in inforecord.

In stead of this, you can maintian time dependent pricing conditions directly in info record. In this case, these will be determined during creation of PO and not from the last PO.

    Hi,

During PO creation before saving, you can check the info update indicator in Purchase Order in Item Overview => Material Data Tab, then the system automatically updates the info record .

Now try and hope helpful to you,

If you want the latest price to come in the PO then you need to

      1. Update the info record (Tcode ME12) .

      or

      2. Change the Price in PO and tick on update info record so that on saving the PO the info record will be updated.

Frequency of update is up to you. It would be easier to go by option 2 , if the price changes are too frequent.
