i want that in purchase requistion the 'texts ' field in item overview should be mandatory? how i'll configure this?

Try with screen sequence

Try OMF2 or path as

SPRO>Materials Management>Purchasing>Purchase Requisition>Define Screen Layout at Document Level

here select ME51/ME51N and in details select Reference data, item here maintain text as required entry
