My question is centered on the reporting of Service Notifcations within my organization. Although one is able to run their own IW66 report and pull open service notifications with items tasked to them, we still are manually pulling a snapshot of an entire division to see who has backlogged tasks.
Often times tasks are completed between one pull and the next. Thus the individual contributors have to double back and resubmit the information for specific tasks.
Is there a way to pull this snapshot in real time and integrate it into a spreadsheet in either excel or google sheets?
Please advise, any feedback anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
