Transformation - InfoObject lookup

I am creating a transformation from a datasource to a DSO. I need to have a routine for one of the fields in the DSO to be filled.

I am concatenating two fields in the datasource into a value, called COSTCTR.

I then want to lookup COSTCTR against some master data of an InfoObject.

Does anyone have the design of the code for this please?
