Using VF04 Transaction to send multiple emails

Hi,

I had a requirement like to send email to all the emails maintained in the customer master when the delivery document is being saved in the transaction VF04. But unable to do it and picking up only the standard customer email only when the delivery document is saved.

But using the Transaction VF03 and VF02 I am able to send email to all the emails maintained in the customer master.

Thanks & Regards,

Sridhar.

    Hi!

VF04 is only for ENABLING posted invoices. Email something sending is like "printing".

For mass print and email send, you can use the program RSNAST00, with using the proper output type and object key of course.

      Hi,

If I run VF04 report and select one delivery document and save it will automatically send the email to the respective customer in the backend i.e workflow related mail and generate one billing document number using this billing document number we can use in transactions VF03 and VF02 to send emails to multiple emails.

      Thanks & Regards,

      Sridhar
