I have two roles ,want to combine into one ,I have tried using merge id(merge1 for both roles) and also put one role to (priority =99) and other to (priority = 100) ,but its not working .please help me .
Please make sure to set Merge ID to be same on first entry point in Role (e.g: role folder). The roles should merge properly then, once user is assigned both roles.
Thank you so much for your response, ok I followed the steps as per the document. but still, it's not merged, and one more question it is necessary to give the merge id to workset(Inside roles content)as well .if it so I have only one workset in the first role and two worksets in the second role.
if possible can you please send me some step by step procedure it will be very helpful for me
It's been a while since I did it, but from memory you should have two folders of the same name (set Entry Points) under each role, and then merge on that Folder and also the Role (set the same Merge ID). Are you using Freestyle or Workcenter Role objects here?
