    Hello Christian,

I would recommend to use SAP Web Dispatcher for URL Rewriting.

    Best regards

    Hey folks,

thanks for your answers. To be a little more specific: I'm looking for a way to rewrite urls pointing into SAP MII.

SAP Web Dispatcher is a option for sure. But if we don't have if, is there another way to achieve this?

As far as I understand SAP MII is kind of a Java Web Archive deployed in NW AS Java. To rewrite urls pointing to this Web Archive would I have to adjust the archive itself or is there a hook provided by NW AS Java to interrupt this process any earlier?

web-j2ee-engine.xml seems like something that is part of a Java Web Archive, no? So it is most probably no solution to my problem. Neither is writing a Servlet since it needs to listen to paths of SAP MII which will be not part of it's own archive/deployment. So I won't have access to this endpoints...

Hope that makes my intentions clearer. And sorry for my noobiness to all that NW AS Java weirdness but I'm coming from the nice open and standard world of Tomcat and alike...

    Thanks for your help!

    BR
