The only available followup documents in the ticket are:
1-Sales quote
2-Sales opportunity
3- Sales lead
4- Ticket
I need to add anther option where i can followup the ticket with sales order.

This is applicable for Work tickets , but not for Normal Customer Support / Employee support tickets
If you send an work/service ticket to ECC an internal order will be created.
In the case this is not required, there are BADI's available which you have to implement.
The inbound IDoc in ERP is processed by COD_SERVICE_CONFIRMATION Function Module and inside this there is a BADI
BADI_COD_ERP_SERVICE_CONF
By creating an implementation on this BADI, you can try creation of the order as well as a follow up
You will also be able to have custom logic, which will be required here. but as a part of standard this doesn't avalaibel
