Currency Conversion Error when adding an item to a Shopping cart

Good Morning,

Iam logged in as a Purchaser and getting an error message - Currency Conversion Error ( to GBP). Please inform help desk - when I add a Limits or text item into a shopping cat.

Does anybody know why this could be happening and how to resolve this issue.

Hi Sheena,

What is the exact error?

It seams that your default currency in Org. structure is different than GBP & Currency conversion is not maintained. Also check Translation ratio is maintained for both the currencies or not.
