Dear Experts , Please help me out that how to Display the out put of
Standard report according to Enduser .
For example : I want to dispaly these fields ...
Pernr Ename father_name department designation cost_center .
How can i display these fields to change a Std report .?
The T-code of Std report is S_PH9_46000221 .
It is to display B'day list .
i just bother how to create different layouts of the Out-put of reports .
means to hide some fields , and display some end-user specific fields .
Plz guide me , How to do it ?

first find out the standard program for that tcode S_PH9_46000221 .
And then go to se38, copy that standard program i.e. make zprogram.
And change coding of that program according to u r requirement.
