Hi all,

Client wants to update the quotation in crm after replication into R/3.

Ex: we are maintained A,B,C,D statuses for the quotation, when ever the user select the status "B" quotation will replicate into R/3, there user will create the contracts with ref quotation (which is replicated from CRM) ans SO,

Now client requirement is to create the quotation & contracts in crm only & created should be replicate into R/3.

process in the system :

1.) User Create the quotation xxxxxx, he select the status as "B" then "xxxx" quotation is replicated into r3, then user select the C & D statuses then user will create the contracts with ref "xxxxx" quotation.

2.) 1,2,3 statuses are maintained for contracts (CRM), user create the contract with ref quot or only contacts, when ever the user select the status as "2" that contract flows into r/3 there (R/3) SO is created with ref to contract(which is replicated from crm)

Is it possible to change the transaction(CRM) after replicating into R/3 system.?

is the system will allow the users to create subsequent document?

can any help me to solve this problem (plz send the brief explanation)

Thanks

Gskumar

Hi Gskumar,

Yes. You can change the quotation in R/3 after the quotation is uploaded to R/3 from CRM.

Also please, take a note of this restriction : . If a quotation has been transferred to the ERP system, you can only create follow-up documents for it there and no longer in SAP CRM.

Also note that CRM sales contracts can be uploaded into R/3 (SAP note 651653). But SAP documentation very clearly says that you can't upload CRM contracts into R/3 ( http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/f0/5d583c65399965e10000000a114084/content.htm)

We have also got response from SAP as part of OSS message that CRM contracts can't be uploaded into R/3

Also refer to the thread () from another member, got the same response from SAP

I am not sure, whether any other forum member can strongly state that CRM contracts can be uploaded into R/3. I think it is better if you can experiment on your own for a solid answer.
