IDOCS - ( very urgent)

1. If the status code changes during an inbound process, does the IDOC number

change ?

2. If the end-user after the go live

faces any error in the IDOC posting then how does he tackle the problem ?

    Hello,

    1. No: Idoc number is unique and doesn't change.

    2. No general solution available, it really depends on the kind of error. Transaction BD87 could be use for reprocessing IDocs, which might help for locking errors and missing master data.

    Regards,

    John.
