Change of WBs status from not AALK” to “AALK

Hi all,

Require one small help from you all.

Our Client has come up with one specific querry.He wanted to know the following.

How can we change the status of WBS master(level1) from “not AALK” to “AALK”?

There’re 954 WBS which the status is “not AALK” According to the answer for that, we just have to change it each one by one. But Is it possible to change directly in SAP or create new transaction?

Any pointers on this will be highly apperciated.Points will be rewarded for good & helpful answers.

Hi,

I understand that BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS can be used for changing system status of WBS elements. I have not personally tried it. But it way be worth exploring and adoting.

Create a recording in SHDB to change the system status of the WBS. Use mail merge functionality and get the status changed for all the WBS's.

This is a simple BDC process.

Be careful while recording, delete unnecessary lines in the recording.
