Cannot delete folder node in PCD

We have just upgraded to SP18 and found that our previous developed folder "BF" in PCD cannot be opened nor deleted.

When we tried to open our folder "BF", message "Could not load or refresh node. Tree creation failed on node: pcd:portal_content/BF" was displayed.

When we tried to delete this folder, message "Due to an unexpected error the action will be canceled."

So we get stuck with this folder. Is there any way to correct this or other way to delete this folder directly in database or file system?

    You can do so via the PCD Inspector. Go to system admin -> Suupport.

      Typically if you are exporting using the Export Packages make sure you select the option "Resolve References". This makes sure that the pars if any are also transported.
