Do we need to replace WSDL file in HCI message mapping structure in PRD

Hi all,

I have a few extended fields for material replication scenario in C4C test tenant.

In HCI Test tenant, I have uploaded the new WSDL file into message mapping.

Separately, in C4C PRD tenant I have extended the new fields.

After I have moved Integration content to HCI PRD, do I need to repeat the same steps to download WSDL from communication arrangement and upload it into HCI production?

Regards,

Grace Chuah

    Hi Grace,

I am not sure if you solved your issue or no, but anyhow :
What do you mean by "Separately, in C4C PRD tenant I have extended the new fields."
You can not created a field directly in Production via PDI. you need to transport a package.

If you have created the fields in PDI and you did transportation from Dev to Test and then Prod, since Test and Prod has the same system name, you can just copy the iflow from Test to Prod. (Just you need to modify the source or destination point based on your system)

    Hope it helps

    Dear Grace,

Yes you need to upload a new WSDL(from PRD C4C) into your PRD HCI, since the WSDL existing in test HCI would be pointing to test C4C structure, URL would also be pointing to test system. Most importantly, the technical ID's of extension fields can be different between your test and prod C4C systems.
