Automatic assignement of User Status

Please advice how will automatic user status asiignement is possible

while creating Process Order.

Please help!

Sumit,

You can have the default user status set when creating the order, by activating the check box for "Init Status" column against that status in BS02.

Dear Expert,

I m asking that once you create Process Order, yo have to click on

status icon, after that you have to enter status profile, only then user status

start working.

How will we can automatically asign that status profile into the Process Order.

Please advice

Assign the status profile to the order type in Txn CORN

Sumit,

As suggested by Gobi, you can default that by assigning it to the order type using transaction CORN or KOT2.

Caution, once you do this it is client level setting and is applicable for all plants for that order type.

In BS02 after creating the status profile and user status if u doubleclick on status it will lead to business txn setting screen here u set the settings as per ur req....
