Queue waiting time in statistics

Hello.

Client wants to know how many calls are answered under 20 seconds and under 40 seconds. For example you can use Answered on Time = 20 seconds, so all the 20 second calls are marked with Answered on Time. But how to easily filter out calls under 40 seconds? As far I can see OLAP does not include queue waiting time for every call, so I could get this information from Monitoring SQL databae, but is this the only solution?
