    If information is missing for the assignment of open items, you can use the Internet to obtain this information directly from your external business partners. To do this, you provide your business partners with access to the appropriate information via the Internet.

    The external business partner assigns the open items and then sends you this proposal. The accounting peopel can then process the proposed assignment. In this way, you simplify and accelerate the clearing process.
