Hi sanjeev deshpande,
You just check the customization setting in "OPPQ'' T.code for your "A" plant parameter for Special procurements Key 80 there is you minted your plant "Y"
and again take the MRP your problem resolved.
Hope this will help you and reward for every suitable answered.

hi sanjeev,
as our members said you need to do settings. so that you will get planned order for A in plant X. then you need to run MRP in the Y also to get dependent requirements of components which comes under BOM of A material.
hope you may get solved

Hi,
In your case planning plant is X and Production plant is Y.
1.Do settings for special procurement key (80), as our experts suggested. Also ensure following settings Special Procurement = P, Plant =Y
2.Assign the SPK to material (A) in Planning Plant (X).
3.Create Material (A)and BOM in production plant (Y)
4.If you run the MRP at planning plant, planned order will be created for Material (A) based on demand and stock.
5.Dependent requirements will be created in for components in production plant. Now u can start production at production plant if there is no enough stock.
6.Convert the planned order for planning plant to production order, GR will increase the stock at planning plant.
plz come back if ur problem is not solved
regards
pradeep

Sanjeev,
You need to maintain the special procurement plant as "Y" in the defination of Special Procurement key "80" in Plant "X". This you can do with transaction OMD9.
